Shipping Policy
J&J Performance ships orders from our location and from authorized supplier or fulfillment warehouses. Products in the same order may ship separately and may arrive in more than one package.
Order processing and availability
Orders are processed after payment is authorized and product availability is confirmed. Inventory can change quickly, particularly for supplier-fulfilled and special-order products. If an item is unavailable or requires additional time, we will contact you using the information provided with the order.
Shipping charges
J&J Performance passes through applicable supplier shipping charges without adding a shipping markup. Charges depend on the products ordered, shipping service, fulfillment location and delivery address.
Supplier-defined shipping tiers and free-shipping offers apply only to eligible products and shipments. Orders shipping from multiple suppliers or warehouses may incur separate shipping charges. For eligible Turn 14 and APG parcel items, shipping is calculated during checkout and the total combines the applicable supplier shipping charges and fees for your cart.
Freight, oversized items and shipping quotes
APG items over 150 lb, products without verified shipping information, and other items whose shipping costs or eligibility cannot be confirmed at checkout require a shipping quote before payment. When a supplier provides a complete live rate for an oversized or additional-handling item, applicable fees are included in the checkout shipping charge. Additional handling does not necessarily mean an item must ship by truck freight.
If your order includes quote-required items, you can save an unpaid quote request for the whole order, or save only the quote-required items and check out eligible in-stock items with verified shipping separately. Sign in to save the request to your account. We confirm availability, actual shipping costs and delivery requirements for the quoted items before sending a draft-order invoice for you to review and pay. Separate payments or shipments may have separate shipping charges.
Use Request shipping quote on the product or Review shipping quote items in your cart. You can also email shop@jjperform.com or call/text 931-603-1014. Include:
- Product names or part numbers and quantities.
- Delivery city, state and ZIP code.
- Whether the destination is residential or commercial.
- For freight deliveries, whether a loading dock or forklift is available and whether liftgate service is needed.
Applicable supplier or carrier charges—such as additional handling, oversized-package, residential-delivery or liftgate fees—will be included in the quote when required. A quote request does not reserve inventory or place a paid order. Quote validity will be stated with the quote.
We will obtain your approval before collecting any additional shipping charge.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Supplier processing, carrier delays, weather and delivery-address issues may affect arrival times. Orders may arrive in separate shipments.
Split shipments and tracking
Orders fulfilled from multiple locations may generate separate shipments and tracking numbers. Tracking information will be sent when it becomes available.
Shipping destinations
Online checkout currently supports eligible addresses within the United States. Certain products may have carrier, location, or regulatory restrictions.
Address changes
Please verify the shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing or has been sent to a fulfillment partner.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If a package or product is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs when applicable so we can investigate and provide instructions.
