J&J Performance takes its name from Joe and Justin Gilliland. It began in Joe's barn, where Justin learned to work on trucks while off-roading Jeeps—and just about anything else he and his friends could get their hands on.
After graduating from Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Chicago, Justin kept building his knowledge and his first pulling truck. He and his best friend scrapped old combines to help fund the project. That truck was the beginning of everything that followed.
Today, our online catalog is backed by a working mechanic shop and decades of diesel experience. Justin has become the guy other experts call when they need help with a Powerstroke diesel.
Powerstroke is at the heart of what we do, with growing support for Duramax, Cummins, and SXS platforms. Whether you are maintaining a daily driver, building a dependable tow rig, or chasing more power, our goal is simple: help you choose the right parts the first time.
