The factory Ford 6.0L Powerstroke fuel system cannot adjust pressure or maintain even fuel pressure across the four injectors in each cylinder head. Stock injectors usually tolerate that imbalance, but larger injectors can expose pressure differences and inconsistent fuel delivery.
The factory fuel bowl and banjo-bolt feed path also restrict flow. J&J's regulated return and fuel feed kits work together to balance pressure, increase supply, and create a cleaner foundation for stock or upgraded injectors.
PRESSURE CONTROL
Balances and adjusts fuel pressure across both cylinder heads while retaining the factory feed lines. It is a cost-effective way to support consistent fuel delivery—especially when larger injectors are installed.

MORE FLOW · FUEL BOWL DELETE
Designed to work with the J&J regulated return kit, this feed kit completely deletes the restrictive factory engine-mounted fuel-filter housing and supplies larger lines to the front of both cylinder heads.
